Granola Butter Brownies

Indulging in a little slice of heaven: Fudgy brownie topped with dreamy nut butter frosting. 🍫✨


For the Brownies:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Granola Butter Frosting:
1/2 cup Oat Boss Donut Granola Butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons plant milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Brownies
1) Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan.
2) In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second intervals.
3) Stir in the sugar, eggs, & vanilla extract into the melted butter until well combined.
4) In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, & baking powder.
5) Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
6) Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan & spread it evenly.
7) Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Granola Butter Frosting:
1) In a mixing bowl, beat together the granola butter & softened butter until well combined & creamy.
2) Gradually add the powdered sugar, milk, & vanilla extract. Start with 2 tablespoons of milk & add more if needed to achieve your desired frosting consistency. Beat until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
